My Practice

I currently practice in Jacksonville, FL. , treating teens and adults. I specialize in the treament of individuals facing anxiety and depression, along with life transitions. Utilizing an approach of empathic presence and collaboration, I seek to help clients identify the root cause of their struggle and how to work with it. I especially love working with young adults and teens, in an effort to help them find their true path to self and authentic living.
